Lucy M. Connor is a psychodynamic business, leadership, and performance coach, as well as a trauma-informed therapist specialising in a unique form of psychotherapy. A registered healthcare professional and experienced lead therapist, she brings deep expertise in personal and professional development, supporting individuals and organisations in high-pressure and complex environments. 

With a career spanning education, the NHS, private practice, and corporate sectors, Lucy has worked with a wide range of clients — from senior executives and board members to marginalised communities, including excluded adolescents, individuals involved in gangs, and those struggling with addiction. She is recognised for her ability to create safe, transformative spaces where people can unlock potential, resolve challenges, and thrive. 

Lucy’s client base includes leaders and professionals in technology, AI, finance, and venture capital, as well as private clients in the arts, entertainment, sports, and banking industries. Alongside her coaching and therapy practice, she has delivered psycho-educational talks in educational and corporate settings. 

She is also trained to deliver Home Office-approved intervention programmes, including FACE IT and Silence the Violence (NOMS “Effective Regime Intervention” status), designed for prisons, young offender institutions, and PRUs. These intensive interventions address violent behaviour, rehabilitation, and behavioural change, offering structured support to promote positive transformation.
